The God Save the Cuisine menu changes on a daily basis to offer a variety of tasty fresh items.  This is a good sample menu but every item will not be available each day.

Main

Smoked salmon on a warm flat bread, natural yoghurt, Suzie's Farm organic leaves, capers and fresh lemon with truck-made potato salad  

   

“Fish and chips" taco - local fresh sustainable fish coated in homemade beer batter with coleslaw, tartar sauce, flour tortilla and served with traditional truck cut chips coated in malt vinegar and salt

Spiced lamb on naan bread with Suzie's leaves, roast spice mayo, fresh lemon and cucumber riata

Big Ben Burger - grass fed beef burger with organic leaves, tomatoes, English mature cheddar, homemade mustard mayo all in a toasted brioche bun.

Pear and blue cheese salad, walnuts, cranberries, Suzie's farm organic rocket and summer leaves all tossed with a red wine silky pear dressing served with warm flat bread

Desserts

“Eton mess” Light meringue crumbled churned with strawberry compote and sweetened vanilla cream
